  • Note a payment is due every month. Clients can also access their Client Portal to make a payment at anytime. 
• All payments are non-refundable nontransferable. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment.

• Once you book we send a message to complete a Client Profile. This is where you can provide the name of your roommate if known. 
• We offer a Roommate Matching service to help you find a roommate. While it is ultimately your responsibility to find a roommate, we will do our best to assist in the process.
  • Once 75% of your balance is paid off, we will match you with another person in the same room category, pending availability.  If you do not have a roommate by the final payment date, your reservation will be adjusted to the Single Occupancy Rate.
• Automatic billing is a convenient service that allows you to pay the remaining balance of your reservation using 1 credit card. Automatic payments reduce the risk of your trip being canceled or assessed a Late Fee. There is no chance of forgetting to pay for your much-needed Vacation!
